A privately owned firm, State Development Corporation was established in 1999 by founder Ross McKinnon with a vision to develop quality, functional and innovative developments. Working predominately within South East Queensland, State Development Corporation comprises many different areas of expertise that include development, project management, property investment and joint venture partnering.
While we currently have a number of significant commercial and retail developments underway, we also develop industrial, hotel and residential projects.
